1:1 Life Coaching sessions or session packages can then be booked as required. 

Sessions will usually take place online.

If you are local and are interested in meeting up in person, please let me know.

Plans for  Walk & Talk sessions are on the way, both 1:1 and small groups.

As a Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist, I am able to offer Hypnotherapy sessions. 

For fast and effective lasting change, the option of hypnotherapy provides

an alternative route to explore.

Hypnotherapy is as an optional additional tool, either as a stand‑alone service or alongside coaching where appropriate.

 

Hypnotherapy uses guided relaxation and focused attention to support calm, clarity, and positive change by working with the subconscious mind.

Hypnotherapy sessions are delivered gently and collaboratively and may support issues such as stress, anxiety, confidence, focus, or performance.

“I went to Teresa for a session of hypnotherapy when I was in a bad place in my life.

The first thing I was impressed with was Teresa's ability to calm my erratic mood at the time. She was very welcoming and calming, helping me to relax, ready for my session.

I have to say I was a little concerned that I would be unable to be hypnotised, but Teresa was fantastic and helped me to fully unwind, I felt extremely relaxed and could feel my body loosen bit by bit.

When I came back to the room, I felt wonderful and all of a sudden more hopeful.
